Prevent Injury. Protect Your Joints.

Joint pain is a common complaint among athletes and older people. A conscious effort to prevent injuries can help! Preventing injury to the knee, shoulder, ankle, hand and more is possible if you follow these simple suggestions:
  • Wear supportive shoes that fit properly
  • Study and use proper form during physical activity
  • Stretch regularly
  • Strengthen the muscles around the joint
  • Rest if you feel pain
Listen to Your Body:
Giving your body adequate time to rest and recover is essential for preventing injuries. If you're training for a big event, it's important to schedule regular rest days into your workout routine. This gives your muscles time to recover from the stress of exercise, allows previous injuries to heal, and helps to prevent overtraining.

Stay well, friends!
