Jason Vourazeris, MD – Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. V studied business at the University of Southern California and at the Copenhagen Business School. Dr. V graduated from medical school at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and did his orthopaedic surgery residency at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. He is a board-certified surgeon who successfully completed a Shoulder & Elbow Fellowship at the University of Florida under the mentorship of world-renowned shoulder surgeon, Thomas Wright, M.D. While there, Dr. V also had the unique opportunity to work with the team physicians for the nationally ranked University of Florida Gators sports teams. Today, Dr. V is committed to helping El Pasoans with all of their orthopaedic needs.
Justin S. Mitchell, DO – Board Certified Orthopedic Hand Surgeon
Dr. Mitchell is a very accomplished orthopedic surgeon. After receiving his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Gannon Universityin Erie, PA, he attended medical School at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, VA. Dr. Mitchell subsequently returned to Ohio to complete his Orthopedic Surgery Residency in the Cleveland Clinic Health System and finished his Hand Surgery Fellowship at the congressionally designated Curtis National Hand Center in conjunction with Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C. During his time in residency and fellowship, he was mentored by world-renowned hand surgeons including Thomas Graham MD, William Seitz Jr. MD, Peter Evans MD, PhD. Dr. Mitchell is a veteran doctor from the U.S. Army. His service in the Army as a hand surgeon included deployment to Afghanistan, to return to serve as the Chief of Hand Surgery at WBAMC.
